Who is this training for?

The training is for anyone new to Encircle or joining an Encircle team. It’s perfect for new-to-Encircle users, trial accounts, teams who are onboarding, and new employees joining teams already using Encircle. This page has everything you need to succeed at your first job.

Is the training free?

Yes—everything in the Learning Hub is free. This applies whether you’re an Encircle customer, a new employee joining an Encircle team, or simply evaluating Encircle to see if it’s the right fit for your business.

How long does the training take?

Most videos take 5–30 minutes. Each video includes clear chapter markers so you can jump straight to what you need, plus companion resources and a quick quiz to reinforce your understanding.

Do I need to watch the entire video at once?

No—you can watch by chapter. Each chapter is standalone, so you can view everything straight through or jump to the sections most relevant to you.

Can I earn an Encircle certification?

Yes—you’ll receive an Encircle Certification badge by email after completing the video and quiz. It’s a great way to validate your skills and share your achievements for each workflow.

Can I earn IICRC credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes—approved Encircle content qualifies for IICRC credits. Approved content is clearly marked; after completion you’ll fill out a short form and your IICRC certificate will be emailed within 10 days.

You can submit your certificate in one of two ways:
• Email it to renewals@iicrcnet.org
• Upload it through your account at iicrc.org (My Account Links → Report CECs) and follow the prompts to enter your CEC information.
