Who is this training for?
This training is for anyone responsible for property documentation or estimates — including restoration technicians, project managers, and estimators, whether you’re new to Encircle or adding Floor Plan to your workflow.
Do I need special hardware or cameras to use Floor Plan?
No special hardware is required — just your smartphone and the Encircle app. Floor Plan can be used on any iOS or Android device that meets the minimum operating system (OS) requirements, including tablets! For more information on supported hardware, click here.
How do I set up the Xactimate integration?
To set up the integration between Encircle and Xactimate you will need to be an organization admin in your Encircle account. To start the process, you will first enable Encircle’s integrated service in your Xactimate account. For detailed instructions, visit: Enabling Xactimate Integration
How do I import my floor plan into Xactimate?
Simply copy your Floor Plan ID from Encircle and paste it into Xactimate’s Data Request tool under “Interior Walls.” For step-by-step instructions, visit: Importing Floor Plans into Xactimate
