How do I start a new job in Encircle?
To begin documenting a new job, open the app and select Add Claim. Fill in the job details and click Save.

What’s the best way to organize my documentation?
Encircle organizes your documentation by room. Rooms help structure your work the same way you restore a property – one area at a time. Each photo, video and note stays neatly organized (and auto labeled) in its room. How to add and edit rooms in Encircle.
What 360 cameras are compatible with Encircle?
Encircle 360° photo capture is powered by an integration with Ricoh Theta cameras. Below is a list of supported cameras: THETA X, THETA Z1, THETA V, THETA SC (Single Shot capture mode is supported while Time Shift mode is not), THETA SC2, THETA S (firmware version 01.62 or later required) (Single Shot capture mode is supported while Time Shift mode is not).

How can I make sure my photos include GPS data for verification?

Can I upload photos or thermal images from other devices like a FLIR camera?
Yes. You can easily import images from external sources, including FLIR infrared cameras, directly into your Encircle job file. Uploading FLIR images into Encircle
How do I move photos or videos between rooms if they were added to the wrong one?
You can quickly reassign photos or videos to the correct room – no need to re-do anything.

How do I generate a report?
The built-in reporting tools in Encircle make it fast and easy to compile all of your documentation into a polished, shareable PDF – complete with interactive media and a table of contents. What happens if I’m offline while documenting a job?
Encircle saves all of your work locally when offline and automatically syncs it once you reconnect to the internet.
How do I get my IICRC CE certificate for completing this course?
When you complete your quiz you'll be asked if you require an IICRC CE certificate. If you selected the option to receive an IICRC CE certificate on the form and achieved more than 80% on the quiz, we’ll email you a PDF certificate shortly after completion. Certificates are sent quickly, but please allow up to 5 minutes for delivery.
You can submit your certificate to the IICRC in one of the following ways:
  • Email the PDF to renewals@iicrcnet.org OR
  • Upload it through your IICRC account at iicrc.org
    Under My Account Links, select Report CECs and follow the prompts to enter your CEC information.
