Yes! All resources included in the Learning Hub are completely free. This applies whether you’re an Encircle customer, a new employee joining an Encircle team or simply evaluating Encircle to see if it’s the right fit for your business.

Yes! Watch the video, complete the quiz and you’ll earn your Encircle Certification badge for each workflow by email. It’s a great way to validate your skills and share your achievements.

Yes! All Encircle content that is approved for IICRC certification is clearly marked. Once you complete this content, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form. Your IICRC certificate will then be emailed to you within 10 days.

• Or upload it directly through your account at iicrc.org. Under My Account Links, select Report CECs and follow the prompts to enter your CEC information.
