Who is this training for?
This training is for office admins, project managers, and/or operations managers who are responsible for managing the day-to-day progress of restoration jobs from the office.
How does Encircle help with communication and collaboration?
Encircle centralizes communication between field and office teams, syncing data in real-time for full visibility – reducing phone calls, texts and miscommunication. You can also share the job file a 3rd party, like a subcontractor or remote estimator, who is actively working on/contributing to the job.

What are job events and why are they important?
In a date-driven industry, job events allow you to log key activities – such as customer contact, site inspected, work started, work completed, etc – with timestamps that automatically update job milestones. This creates a clear, visual job progress timeline for anyone to see in the job file. Add these events to your reports to add an additional level of professionalism to proof to your documentation

Can customers or subcontractors add photos to the file without downloading the app?
Yes. You can send a Link to customers, subcontractors, property managers, or any one else that might be involved in restoring the property. You simply send them a link via email or SMS and they will be able to contribute without downloading an app.

How do I generate reports in Encircle?
Encircle Reports bring all of your field data, like photos, videos, notes, floor plans, etc. together into a polished, professional document that tells the story of the loss. Created in just a couple of clicks and easily shareable with embedded media, you can create reports any time to show what happened and the progress being made to restore the property.

Can I integrate Encircle with my CRM and/or job management software?
Yes. Encircle integrates with software like XactAnalysis, PSA, iRestore, Xcelerate, and Albi. You can reduce double entry by connecting your systems together.
